PLEASANTON, Calif., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Prudential California Realty today announced it is merging three former independently owned offices in Marin County into the company. The merger is an extension of the company's strategic plan to grow its existing footprint in Northern California. The branches, located in San Anselmo, Fairfax and Woodacre, bring the total count of the company's Northern California branches to 47. "We now have a important foothold in Marin County," said Sherry Chris, COO of Prudential California Realty. "The addition of these three offices, together with the Sausalito branch opened last year, gives us a brand presence in a market where the average price of a detached home is above $900,000. That is a significant move for our company."
